Iola gets me a Y-block

So a junkyard vendor had this with three carb. They were mismatched and I talked him down and replaced the old ones with some I had cleaned and rebuilt.

Right time for some blue dots.

So, I have this thing with Lincoln stuff. 49-50 in particular. And one special piece is the taillights. They are glass and were only made for two model years. So. Needless to say that they are hard to find. Even harder to alter. Especially the ever popular blue dot conversion. Well I was looking on eBay and I must have impeccable timing because these popped up and I snagged them.
